TOTALLY SATISFIED

Wonderful surprise to have a bouquet of roses to greet us on our arrival. Unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Complex very well maintained plus the lake and the water fowl just outside our unit was an extra bonus - WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Good Overall

I have rented from Greenday a number of times. I have found them to be very reliable and accommodating . I find their service to be far superior to booking a rental online. With greenday there are no surprises . You can be guaranteed that you will renting a unit that will be clean and well looked after. Also if there are any issues greenday is available immediately to address your concerns.

Spring Sojourn

We returned to the desert for the month of May which is the best month! And we selected "Elegant Lakeside Villa" as the perfect spot to spend the month - perfect in size for our needs and a perfectly equipped Greenday Property - possibly the best-equipped kitchen of our several Greenday stays. We cannot recommend Dan and his Greenday Team highly enough for a carefree stay in the desert. This unit is ideally situated overlooking a small lake with Mt San Jacinto in the distance and a very generous patio to enjoy each day & evening. The pool is a short walk away along with the tennis club at Mission Hills G&CC. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and returned home fully re-charged until our return for the Winter Season. Thank you!

Everything you need is provided. All requests are responded to promptly. Stunning views. Beautiful and comfortable condo. Centrally located in the Coachella Valley. Easy access to airport, I10 freeway, restaurants and multiple sites throughout the valley.

Magnificent Stay

Luxurious Home away from Home

This condo came with everything we needed and more. It had all the kitchen supplies you need to cook your own meals along with a grill, which we used almost every day. There was no shortage of closet space for my wife and I, and we brought all our clothes as we are out here for my work. On top of all the practical uses of this property it is also extremely luxurious feeling. The neighborhood is also very beautiful and the people here are very kind. Althoguh it is a condo, it never felt like I was too close to my neighbors; I didn't even notice them. The Greenday vacation staff were always ready to answer any question or handle any concern. I even got some recommendations on things to do around town and where to find some good hiking trails. The only thing I have to complain about is the A/C was limited to 74 deg F on the low side. I was told this was to prevent the A/C from running continuously, and I believe them. However, 74 indoors took some getting used to. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the Rancho Mirage area, especially when everything opens back up post-covid.

The Mission Hills Country Club is in an outstanding location in the center of the Coachella Valley and just a few minutes from Highway 10 for easy access to other communities in Southern California. Within the Mission Hills Country Club, the Greenday Vacation Rentals have beautiful rental units only minutes from the community activities. Their units are beautiful and have everything you could possibly need. The staff are always readily available to assist guests because they are located on-site within Mission Hills Country Club. We just made our reservation for our third long-term stay with Greenday Vacation Rentals.

Perfect for the quiet life

With a patio extending on two sides and a fabulous view across the lake to the golf course, there was sun and shade throughout most of the day - lots of comfy seating, sunshades and table and chairs meant time outside extended late into the evening. The lounge/kitchen was large comfortable and convenient with even a desk where the laptop resided to catch up on the outside world. The large bedroom featured a huge comfortable bed with plenty of cupboard space in the adjoining bathroom/dressing room with large walk-in shower. Overall the villa combined space, quiet and stunning views, exactly the style and standards we have come to expect from Greenday on our visits to Mission Hills - that's why we will be back.

Beautiful and relaxing property

We had a great stay at this property. Everything needed for an extended stay was provided, the property was very clean, and there are several pools within walking distance. Overall it was a very quiet and relaxing stay whether we were inside or relaxing on the beautiful wrap around patio. Loved the place and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Exceeds Expectations

This vacation rental property is in an ideal location in the Coachella Valley with easy access to the other desert cities as well as the I 10 highway. The unit location within the Mission Hills Country Club is great with proximity to the club house, pool, croquet, tennis and golf amenities. The view of the lake, golf course and mountains is gorgeous. The amenities within the unit are great. The kitchen is well stocked with every cooking utensil and appliance you can think of. It is well stocked with high quality linens and towels. The Greenday staff respond promptly to all questions and needs. Enjoy!

Perfect location

We were at Mission Hills for a croquet tournament and the villa was very conveniently located to the croquet courts. It was beautifully furnished and had spectacular views. We would definitely rent it again. Randy Cardo

Back again and BETTER THAN EVER

Surprise: Our third visit to a Greenday property and no surprises: a personal welcome, absolutely everything you need - a virtual home away from home. It is this total care that brings us back plus of course the magnificent Mission Hills - spectacular settings and excellent security. The house exceeded expectations with tables, chairs, rockers and loungers to choose from outside on the patios. Very comfortable and convenient interiors, if you are seeking an environment that encourages relaxation, this is it. The view across the lake to the golf course and teeming with wildlife mean never a dull moment. We particularly enjoy the unseasonal weather, hot but not humid, - tranquility base! We are already booked to return next year, what better recommendation. Well worth the trip from the U.K.

Extremely nice property

The location, views, villa were very good Sitting on the patio over looking the lake and golf course was excellent. Only downside for us was that as its on a private course the restaurants and bars was for members only

Perfect stay in the desert.

This condo exceeded our expectations. Very high end and comfortable. Property manager (Dan) was very accommodating. and responsive regarding our late (10:30 pm) check-in due to flights. Dan was helpful with all our questions and offered great suggestions. Outstanding views from the condo and a lovely community..

The condo is beautiful and very well equipped.

Move right in and start to enjoy the comforts of fresh flowers, modern furnishings, and a million dollar view of Mt. San Jacinto. The condo is equipped with nearly all the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies, so leave your shampoo, conditioner, body wash at home! Air conditioning was flawless even during a 108-degree afternoon. The patio and grill are a delight. Enjoy your coffee while watching hummingbirds, ducks, and geese in this nature wonderland. We wanted to stay much longer!

An amazingly tranquil property...

This property is exactly as pictured and described. Fully decked out with current technology like super fast WiFi, Apple TV, Yamaha Bluetooth Sound Bar, SmartTV's and unlimited telephone calling in all of North America. Beautifully furnished inside and out and totally remodeled with gorgeous cabnitry and granite countertops throughout. The enormous wrap-around patio, covered in the same travertine marble as the interior, calls you outside to enjoy the phenomenal view of the lake, the golf course and the San Jacinto Mountains. Who could ask for anything more?

Great spot in Mission Hills

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place is beautifully furnished ,immaculate, and has a wonderful patio overlooking the golf course and a lake. Very convenient to grocery stores and close to I 10 for a quick trip to other parts of the valley and to the great entertainment at the casinos.

Wonderful retreat in Mission Hills!

We stayed at this property for six weeks & enjoyed every minute! It's a very comfortably furnished 1 bedroom, 1 & a half bath. The entire unit has been recently updated & the kitchen & bathrooms are lovely. King Bed was very comfortable & we used the wrap-around patio almost everyday. Gorgeous view of the golf course, lake & mountains added to our enjoyment. Dan, our property manager, was absolutely top-notch - very quick response to questions, thorough & thoughtful with details & a real pleasure to interact with. We booked our reservation for next year already!

Happy Repeat Guest

We have stayed here three years in a row each time around New Years. Our repeat visits are pretty good evidence we like the place. It is perfect for a couple who want to be either at Mission Hills or in the Rancho Mirage area. The kitchen is perfect for preparing simple meals. It is a great spot and Dan is a responsive host. Five Stars.

Lovely Mission Hills Villa & Patio.......

Daniel is an excellent property manager. He lives a few doors away and is available if needed. A Greenday employee met us when we arrived, offered to help us with luggage & showed us the villa's amenities. You will find everything you could want in the kitchen (more than the basics, plenty of everything we needed) as well as plenty of towels, shampoo + soap and laundry supplies. The villa has beautiful furnishings, is clean & very well maintained. This property also has an exceptional patio area full of furniture. We enjoyed the view of the pond, golf course and distant mountains. We would highly recommend this VRBO to friends and family.

Fabulous!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this pristine Mission Hills villa. Our stay was even better this year, we so enjoyed this lovely unit. Dan gave us the same wonderful attention as last year and we look forward to returning. We played golf, my husband fly fished in the pond next to our unit and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching some incredible sunsets.
