"The location was perfect for what we were there for. The house was very clean and was decorated nicely. I liked all the appliances. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were terribly uncomfortable. So nubby and scratchy. The gate kept banging from the wind throughout the night. Overall very comfortable and happy with our stay. "The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling. It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect. "

"This is the third year me and my friends have stayed at Gustavo's rental. Each year it has met our expectations. It is very well maintained, directions are clear and concise, and the host is not only easy to communicate but accommodates you as best as he can. Each bed is very comfortable and the rental easy slept me and all my friends. The backyard is a great hangout spot for early morning or in the evenings. Possibly one of my favorite rentals I have stayed in."
