The only interaction was with the cleaner, so cannot comment on staff. The room was extremely clean and everything you needed was supplied. The balcony at the back was a bonus. The only complaint was with the blinds which had a gap between the two blinds, so the light from outside came in shining ...

The staff were kind and helpful. I left a pair of earrings behind and they were very helpful in returning them to me. Having the restaurant near was great. The whole place is neat and tidy, the staff are nice and helpful. The room was large and well set out. And best of all the water pressure in the shower was awesome.
