"This property is as shown. The condo unit is bright, clean and 2 minutes to the beach! The view in the morning upon awakening and at night at sunset is beautiful. The sound of the waves make a wonderful sleeping sound. The condo is located near stores and restaurants and is in a nice, safe neighborhood. Nick and Amy were very responsive to all queries. The place is modest - very functional but not luxurious, Louis was an excellent communicator throughout our week. The place was reasonably well equipped and clean. The TV in the main room struggled a bit with Netflix and Amazon. There are two really great things about the location - it is very convenient to the highway system and to the airport. It was totally worth it with the ground level private patio 10 steps from the villa-only hot tub, as well as the cozy gas fireplace and the super convenient little kitchen.
