This was a great spot for a NC State visit and tour of Raleigh. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely return.

The house was great for a girls’ weekend with my daughter and our friends. The host provided us with a comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants, which were spot on! Our only complaint was that many of the outlets didn’t work, but I’m sure that would’ve been an easy fix (we didn’t stay long enough to look into it).

Neighbor was quaint and quiet, which was very nice! This is an old house. If you don’t like the idiosyncrasies that go along with an old house, then this is not the place for you. Had an old basement smell to it that required we wash everything after we left because it sticks to your clothing, hair, etc. Other than that it was an easy check in, nice neighborhood, close to downtown.

The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the museums, parks, and restaurants.We like to hang out in the mornings, drink coffee, and plan out our days. The living room had very comfortable furniture.

Charming house on a cozy quiet street

We were in town for a concert at the Lenovo center and this house was a great place to rest our heads after the show. The neighborhood was great, quiet and charming. Street parking was plentiful and the area felt very safe. The house was well stocked, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. And I of course, loved all the greenery surrounding the home. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Raleigh.

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood

I booked this property for my family that were in town for my sister’s wedding. Everyone visiting was ranged in age from their 50’s to 80’s. It was comfortable, quiet and we had a wonderful time catching up and telling stories on the deck. I would definitely book this house again.

Clean Quick Stay

We had a quick 3-night stay and found the space to be quite nice and well located in Raleigh. The neighborhood was nice and seemed to have lots of young families. Great house and the only critique we would have is to clean up the back deck a bit as it was pretty dirty, but it was also probably one of the first nicer weekends of the year so might be something the homeowner does in the next couple of weeks to get it ready for the spring/summer season. Otherwise a great little house for a family to check out Raleigh.

Great house that’s in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. It is close to coastal credit union music park and tons of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and communication was good. I would definitely stay again!

Raleigh weekend

We were in town to see NC State and to see Raleigh. The house was in walking distance to a delicious Mexican restaurant and funky coffee shop and a short drive to pretty much everything. What a cute, cozy little house to stay in and see the sights! We had a wonderful weekend. Thank you for a great place!

Such a Great Deal

We plan to stay here everytime we come to Raleigh. Such a cute location and you cant beat the price for a 3 bedroom house! We felt very safe in the area which is one of the most important things.

Overrated

I have rented many different houses over the years. This house was disappointing. The communication with Midge was scant, and the house was worse. When we arrived and checked in at 11:30p.m., we first noticed a pungent odor wafting throughout the house. I walked through each room and noticed that the linens on the bed were old and worn. One of my girls sat on the bed and it creaked loudly. I can withstand all the aforementioned, but the deal breaker was when I used the restroom, and the toilet would not flush. At all. My family and I had to leave immediately and check in to a hotel. I am 46 years old and know perfectly well how to use a toilet. A functioning toilet is a MUST for property rentals, and I would never recommend this property. Since it was so late (midnight until we checked into a hotel), I wasted the total rental charge on this ratchet house with zero compensation or an attempt to even help. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere, unless you plan to carry a bucket or lady-J.

Raleigh Stay

The property was great and served its purpose for our family of three. The neighborhood is terrific and very quiet while being very close to downtown. A couple of small issues that I am mentioning so you may provide feedback to the cleaners if the house. Upon arrival there were was a used towel hanging in the back of the bedroom door,which we washed so it could be used. We also noticed that several pans had not been cleaned so we ran them through the dishwasher so we could use. Other than those small items everything was great. Thanks

Cute neighborhood

Absolutely adorable place in a quaint neighborhood. Loved it, wished we had more time to enjoy the property, but our schedule didn’t allow. Highly recommend this location!
