Professional, kind staff. Clean. Quiet. Would stay again. However - the single step into the room from outside is very high-hard for me. The pillows were big and too hard. Hurt my neck to sleep on them. All in all, great little place with beautiful rose garden outside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are ok but some of the facilities like the locker in the room was not working and the water fountain near the lobby was also not working. The breakfast had limited options and the items that were over were not being replaced, even within the breakfast timing window.

Clean, quiet, nice stay. However, breakfast and coffee are awful. Coffee in room is undrinkable. Worst coffee I have ever drank in 5 decades of coffee drinking. Coffee in eating area is drinkable, but not good.

Check in was slow and the hotel charged a $100 fee in case of damages for each room we booked.
Room had a very unsafe broken window that staff were not aware of until I informed them.
No extra toilet paper in the room.
Large stain on carpet of second room I booked.
Breakfast was poor. Few offerings. Many items (ie syrup) were gone and no staff available to provide assistance or refill.
Very difficult to find staff to provide assistance. They should not be managing a hotel.

During my stay my room had not received any upkeep while I was out even though I requested it multiple times. The only water that was available had to be turned on by an employee who tried to refer us to the gym water; which was empty. Our sink began to link and we were told it was not fixable due to it being a sunday. Last but not least the hot manager lacked communication.

Bed was not changed for my entire 5 night stay. Extremely noisy. Air con/heating needs serious service as it emitted horrible smells. Breakfast was so poor, I went to the double tree next to it every day for breakfast. Inadequately replenished coffee and tea in room and had to always ask for it. Night my own but they use a different format. Shower dripping all night.

This hotel is gross! It smells like mold, concierge is rude, stains on the bed, shower leaks on to the tile, and they had an issue with me getting a pull away bed.
