Perfect Getaway

This property is truly a hidden gem! Small and unassuming on the outside, but beautiful on the inside! The layout is perfect if you have a group and want to do something small. We had dinner and game night and this was the perfect place. The rooms were wonderful and had plenty of space. Two perfect areas for everyone to congregate without feeling crowded. The open floor plan for tbd kitchen made cooking easy and accessible for everyone. Hosts were great and communicated well!!!!

Family Travel

This was a perfect location for our family group of 11 as we visited our NC family. It was the great home-base for our adventures. Liz was an exceptional host, responsive to our inquiries and needs. Her place was clean with all the amenities. Beds very comfortable. Recommend staying here.

Perfect!

This place was a perfect house for a friends reunion. It was decorated so cute. The amenities were great. It was very clean. Everything you would need for your stay. Close to airport and restaurants. Communication with the hostess was amazing. She always answered my questions promptly. She even emailed me during the stay and gave us some recommendations for brunch places. We highly recommend the flying biscuit. All and all it was an amazing time and when we return to NC we will definitely be renting again.

A great family rental option super close to downtown!

We rented Liz's property to attend some of our best friends' wedding in downtown Raleigh, and while the neighborhood itself is up and coming, this home is newly renovated with super fun decor, incredibly comfortable beds and excellent use of space to support larger groups with adults. Five of us and my newborn very comfortably shared the space we navigated the wedding festivities, which were always less than a 10-minute drive away. Liz was also very communicative and helpful, arranging an early check-in for us and helping us reset the door code upon arrival. Highly recommend if downtown proximity, quiet comfort and large group accommodations are what you're looking for.

Great for Larger Groups Near Downtown

We stayed here two nights while in town for a family wedding in downtown Raleigh and it was an excellent venue for hosting our large group of adults and young children. The home doesn't look big, but is very space efficient with a layout that provides common gathering places along with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with all the necessities. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Communication with host was prompt and friendly and check in/out were very straightforward. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic find

Our family wanted something close to downtown to give us options following a ceremony in Goldsboro the day prior. This was perfect! We used it as a place to gather, with more than enough room for the kids to play and socialize in one living room while the adults could hang in another. The place was neat and clean with just the right touch (like a keurig with k-cups available) to make it feel homie. Liz communicated clearly with us through out the booking process and just enough during the stay to let us know she was there to answer any questions or fix any issues (or which there were none!). We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect house!

This house was perfect for entertaining the family during a NCSU graduation! Beds were super comfortable. Everyone had hot water and the house was immaculate! Easy checkin and check out too! Owner very communicative and helpful since we didn’t know the area!
