Upon arriving there was no one at the front desk to give us access. I messaged host 2 times in a 45-minute period before we received a reply. When I explained there was nobody at the desk and we were not able to get keys, we never heard from the host again. They never messaged us throughout the entire stay to see what happened. We were there for over 2 and a half hours before the person on the next shift came in and helped us. The check in instructions showed parking was free and that was not completely true. Parking is only free on weekends and certain times during the night. The listing said there was a Queen size bed, it is not. The bed is only a Full-size bed. The view was great and the location is perfect, but to many issues. Being it is in an apartment there is no place to get toiletries, it only had 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper when we arrived and no other rolls. There is no place in the shower for your stuff, you have to put everything in the floor of the shower. The blind in the living room was broken and would not lower to the floor and the blinds in the bedroom worked, but were all bent up. Overall, we made it work, but this is not somewhere I would stay again due to lack of communication and the willingness of the host to help us when their system failed.

There was not key to lock the room when leaving room. I always took all valuables with me. There was no fob, so I always had to ask the front desk to assist me with the elevator. The room was not cleaned from the previous guest. I had to take two trash bags to the garbage shoot from the previous guest. I also had to wash soiled towels and bedding with the laundry machines in the unit.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST.. UNLESS YOU ARE OK FLIPPING A COIN ON WETHER YOU WILL HAVE A PLACE OR NOT.. I had an initial email from the host about a week before providing info about parking which was nice as we were coming in from Orlando. The day before I received check in info with more info about the process. I arrived at the bldg 1 hr before check in to get parking pass, get to parking and then hope we could get access a few minutes before so that we could prep for a wedding event set to kick off at 5:30. In talks with the person at the front desk they stated that they DO NOT have keys, fobs or hand out ANY assets for access other than parking passes and that its up to the host to coordinate via lockbox at the unit. He went up to the unit after failing to get a hold of the host and found no lock box. 5PM rolls around and nothing from the host. I contacted VRBO and they attempted to reach the host and failed. VRBO attempted for the next hour. 5:15 My wife & I had to get ready for our wedding event in an employee lobby bathroom (thank you mgmt co for allowing us that). we left to get to our event while VRBO and the property management co attempted to reach the host. I received a call from VRBO while at the wedding event saying that they could not reach the host and that they would enact the VRBO guarantee since its been over an hour. Never heard from host even after. I never got access to the unit. Had to find a hotel near by.

Great Space!

Lots of great things to see and do here, and close to NCSU campus. Space is quiet, had all we needed, and has great views. Rooftop pool is enjoyable space. Some communication opportunities with host, but lobby staff filled in the gaps.

Great Stay

I booked this for a work conference and my wife came along. When we first arrived the AC wasn't working but the building maintenance guy came and fixed it right away and we didn't have any more issues. We had a great time and took full advantage of the pool, fitness room, and Skydeck and grill. We had an amazing time. Definitely a great value.

Great location!

The property was conveniently located to everything. We loved the rooftop pool and found some great restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Jailyn was kind, professional, and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

Six-night stay for work conference.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. We had a little trouble checking in. The polite and patient staff at SkyHouse were new, and it took them a little time to find the apartment key and the code for the parking garage. We couldn't get the parking garage QR code to work, but thankfully the host was easy to contact and quick to respond, was on site, and was able to help us with a second option to get us in the parking garage. We'd been driving for more than 8 hours; we were tired and hungry, so this was a little inconvenient. Thankfully, Uber was dependable, and we were able to have a great dinner delivered to us. We were in the city to attend a conference at the Convention Center, and navigating was a breeze thanks to the readily available and convenient Uber service. I found the 23rd-floor coffee bar to be a delightful perk; at times it wasn't working, but the staff was able to get it up and running again quickly. I particularly enjoyed the view from the 22nd floor. We were surprised that the furniture was a little smaller than we expected, but it wasn't a problem. The property was clean, comfortable, and safe. Despite the initial check-in hiccup, the overall experience was good, with the amenities and location making up for the initial inconvenience.

Gorgeous view luxury apartment

First and foremost Jailyin was wonderful! She was responsive and helpful and very kind. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. It was comfortable and had a breathtaking view. The amenities available were wonderful from laundry to coffee makeeit was wonderful. If you need to stay in Raleigh this is a fantastic place with close proximity to so much!

High Rise Christmas with Family

We came to Raleigh for some extended appointments and were also able to get in time with family for the holidays. The place is at the top of a high rise in the middle of Downtown Raleigh, about one block from Marbles Children's Museum. Check in was easy and hassle free at the concierge desk. We found the apartment very clean, spacious and with sunset views over the city. Although a parking pass was available, we didn't rent a car. Due to the location being in the middle of everything we had planned, it was cheaper overall to just use Lyft/Uber.There was absolutely no noise from neighbors on the same floor and time spent hanging out on the balcony was peaceful. We came and went without any hassles and there were many restaurants within walking distance of the building. The kitchen was fully prepared so cooking and laundry were easy, especially with pods and detergent already there to start us off. Our access also included top floor amenities, so we had pool, gym, co-working lounge, deck, fire pit and gourmet coffee machine access the entire time.For Christmas, we actually pulled off cooking an entire feast, then took everything up to the lounge and enjoyed the night opening presents with our local family and friends who came over. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town. 10/10, highly recommend!
