It is NOT luxe. At all. Beware.We found this place at a per-night price that made it cheaper than a hotel. At THAT price, this rental was worth it. At 299/night though... you better check this review first. Good: Location is great. HVAC works well. Community is quiet. Bad:-- 1 out of 3 showers had no hot water.-- 1 bed had no bedframe, just a mattress on the floor. -- 1 TV was broken and stored in the garage. -- 2 bedrooms had about 30% of the walls painted in an off-white color, makes it look like they covered up damage. -- Hole in the wall in upstairs bedroom. -- Towels and linens didn't match; towels are from walmart. -- Scuff marks ALL OVER the walls. Stains on carpets going upstairs and downstairs. A few small holes in the walls in living room. -- Dryer lint trap was stuffed full. -- Random garage-sale assortment of drinking glasses, looks like they got whatever cheap stuff they could for this unit-- TAKE PICS. There is some floor damage, cracks on bathroom tiles etc. I talked to Coveted Hospitality, the rental company, about this. They said nobody ever reported this stuff before. If they're waiting on a client to *report* it, then they're not inspecting the unit themselves. Big Red Flag. The company will make you pay extra, after Vrbo checkout, as a security deposit. TAKE PICS, because the place has "damage" they could blame on you if they wanted.
