I booked a King room, found out the room has no bath. Water in a shower was not warm enough to take a shower. I couldn't believe it! Overall comfortable rooms, the cleanliness of bathrooms struggled a little.

From check in to check out everything was great! Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Anthony came on after I checked in and assisted me so much! I was celebrating my birthday and needed his help with some things as friends were coming to visit me. I was relieved and the night was successful! I will definitely stay there again.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and informative as he checked me into the Hyatt Place. This is important as a women of color, I appreciate the fact that he made me feel welcomed.

Poor customer service
The hotel overall was very modern and stylish looking, but has no parking. The problem was they moved me 3 times upon my arrival.Yhe first room was out of order and freezing. the second room had a strange, strong odor and the microwave didn't work. Finally, they put me in a third in a room that had no problems. But housekeeping never came. When I asked about being comped for the room fiasco, they told me if I made my reservation through them, They would have given me a free night. What does that have to do with anything? That's a poor excuse for bad customer service. I won't be staying at Hyatt again.

Good hotel in quiet shopping/dining area
Very pleasant stay, including eating dinner at the restaurant across the street and shopping at large grocery down the street. But hotel room windows' roller shades allowed light to come in over the top of the shades during the night (room faced street and building lights) and in the morning.

The rooms were very good size which we were happy about since we needed to stay after a surgical procedure. Many walkable restaurants was a plus. The bed was extremely comfy!

Not great. Tons of noise outside, thumping subwoofers and race car exhaust systems. Tons of noise inside, a whole floor of loud mouths, maybe it was bad luck. Uncomfortable beds. Dirty linens for the pull out couch. Rude guests in and out of their rooms all night long. I wouldn’t stay again, even if they paid me to.

It was a nice place to stay and conveniently located in north hills, but the staff could use some training. Despite the do not disturb sign on the door housekeeping kept knocking and tried to pressure me to check out an hour before the actual checkout time. Super annoying as I was on a work conference call.

I loved this hotel. Wonderful stay. The only problem the young lady working the front desk when we arrived and also when we checked out. Was very rude. She seemed to feel it was painful to speak and did not want to be bothered. Everyone else was very friendly.
