We enjoyed our stay at this lodging. It was very quaint, artistic, with a cute kitchenette. We had one problem and the owners dealt with it very quickly.

Chapel Hill VRBO highly recommended

We loved the vibe in the space, and especially the easy walking path along the creek and through the forest to the shopping center with so many great restaurants and shops.

Very pleasant

We were happy to stay at the pleasant location that was quiet with a cabin like feel in a housing development. Much nicer waking up here than a hotel.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. Convenient to downtown Chapel Hill. Hosts Nathan and Amy were very responsive and friendly in solving problems. Things to improve:- Toilet rocking, leaking constantly, and not flushing properly - Kitchenette electrical needs to be fixed, as well as cabinet drawers (difficult to open)- Add curtains in kitchen area for privacy and sleeping (flood lights at night made sleeping difficult and exposure to neighbors was not private)

Excellent Place to Stay

The property was excellent and as advertised. It's a great spot, very convenient to things, but set in a wooded neighborhood that makes it seem off the beaten path. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location not far from Franklin street. Restaurants and grocery stores close by. Loved the vibe of the decor. Highly recommend.

Good little room

Not so little, cozy suite - comfortable. If you have trouble walking, won’t be easy getting in, otherwise a good place to stay.

Quiet and peaceful comfortable getaway

A private sanctuary in a quiet residential neighborhood. Access down a narrow gravel path and narrow steps, so beware. Spacious, and clean bathroom, comfortable bed. A good value!

Wonderful accommodations

Great place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and a quick, easy drive to UNC. There were two separate rooms/beds so we were not squished together. It is clean and spacious. The photos do not do the space justice. It’s super cute and relaxing. The host kindly allowed me to charge my electric vehicle. Which was an unexpected bonus.

Spacious Quiet Refuge

Located in a quiet beautiful residential area next to a stunning walking trail, this property suited our needs. It’s a good value. Accommodations were comfortable; most importantly the bed and bath. It could use a little more attention to detail and “polish”, but we would return.

A great place with an outdoor view for a couple to relax and rest

We stayed at this quiet place for 11 days. We walked the nearby Booker Creek trial daily, leading to the Eastgate shopping mall for breakfast and an early dinner. The place has an oven and toaster but no stove to cook. That worked out for us as it made it easier to walk daily. The host Nathan was very responsive. We would stay there again.
