This was one of the best rental homes I’ve stayed in. Everything was really clean, beds were so comfortable, and the place felt spacious even for 3 adults and 3 kids. It was the perfect downtown location with everything you need close by. We will definitely be staying here again and we can’t wait! Thank you Andy and Oana!!

This house is a hidden gem in Raleigh! It was spacious and comfortable. The furniture, bed linens, towels, and everything was all of great quality. There's even a heat lamp in the master bathroom! We were very comfortable. The house was super clean. The host was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries. Absolutely no complaints! Book now!

Very nice updated cottage in a well maintained neighborhood close to all downtown amenities. Relaxing patio and really appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dog. Also convenient for access to the area’s excellent health care facilities. The hosts were pleasant, informative and promptly responsive.

A quiet, cozy stay minutes away from it all

The pictures does not do this place Justice at all, it's surprisingly spacious and makes you feel at home the second you walk through the door. Not to mention a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown, there are plenty of amenities within walking distance. The hosts are super kind and gracious, so don't sleep on this stay!

The house was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. The fenced in backyard for great for our doggies. The main reason I picked here was for its proximity to Walnut Creek because we came to see Riley Green in concert! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this house - Great Location!

This house is very warm and welcoming, and it is close to everything! You could walk to downtown, or take a short drive. We were there for NC State graduation, and that was convenient as well. It seemed anywhere we wanted to go was within a 10-15 minute drive or less. So many good dining options, as well. The layout of the house is nice and the decor is neutral and inviting. We loved the big sofa in the living room for hanging out together. It was also convenient to have the cute fenced back yard. We had two little dogs and it worked well for them. They also have a grill that we used.The owners are super-nice and very responsive. We left some shirts there and they noticed and arranged to mail them...even when I didn't see the messages from them. They went out of their way to text me.Highly recommend.

We were attending an event at the Lenovo center. This home was super convenient to get there and other downtown locations. The home was clean, bedding was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor table and patio (would suggest a patio umbrella) And spent an evening playing yard games. Even our dogs were well taken care of with dog bowls and towels and a fenced yard! The owner was quick to respond and check-in was easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Our stay was perfect. The bedrooms were comfortable and the showers were hot and the water pressure was great. Amenities were very well thought of and they even provided dog bowls and a dog blanket. The house was just the right fit for our family.

Wonderful!

Had a great time visiting our kids in Raleigh and the house was ideally located about 10-15 min from them and centrally located for all downtown activities. The owners were great and responded almost immediately with answers to questions. The light out back didn’t work as that was fixed within a day even though we said not to worry about it. The house was clean and everything was exceptional. Will stay here again when we come back.
