  • You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Raleigh, less than 10 minutes from downtown and 2 minutes to I-40. This recently renovated home has everything you need: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub & shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, washer & dryer. There are 3 smart TVs, blazing fast Fiber internet, and a desk in the 3rd bedroom/office for any work needs. Outside is a fully fenced-in backyard with privacy fence and outdoor dining table. Dogs are welcome too, and we have a welcome basket just for them!

    Our home provides:
    Living room with large smart TV, games, puzzles & books. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. New deck with lockable gates for your little ones or pets, grassy front & back yards.

    3 bedrooms:
    Bedroom 1 - queen bed, smart TV, closet & dresser
    Bedroom 2 - queen bed, smart TV, closet & dresser
    Bedroom 3 - single bed, desk (can use as office), closet & dresser
    (Note: We do have a Pack n Play available for use during your stay for $20; let us know if you need it and we'll have it delivered before your stay).

Vrbo checkout will only add the fee for 1 dog, so we will need to send you the add on for the additional pet. (More than 2 requires approval!)

    NO SMOKING in the home.
    NO PARTIES - as per Raleigh's short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted.
    All guests agree that violation of this statute and house rule will mean immediate removal and incur a $400 fee.

Had a lovely stay just outside of Downtown Raleigh. I really liked how close the home is from everything we wanted to see in Raleigh. Less than 8 mins from most important destinations. The beds were very comfortable as well and it suited our needs for a quick weekend visit especially with our dog who loved the fenced in backyard.

Great spot for a concert at Coastal Credit Union

We were in town for a concert with our pups and had a wonderful stay! Super close to the venue and was a great home base for our weekend. The dogs loved the fenced in back yard.

Visiting family for Graduation

My family and I had a great stay. The location of the property was easy to find and in a very quiet neighborhood. The owners were very attentive to messages sent and received and made sure we felt welcomed. We would definitely book this property again.

We loved the shady and privacy fenced-in back yard and toys for our two boxers. Easy communication with owners. Comfortable seating for our family of five. Clean bedding and towels. Appreciated the laundry and bathroom supplies and clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again.

Great place!

Booked this as a long term stay (~1 month) and really enjoyed the house! It was very comfortable and well equipped with all of the necessities. It’s centrally located and just a short drive away from stores and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive throughout my stay and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to get around explore Downtown Raleigh.

In town for a wedding with two dogs. Cute house with everything needed to enjoy your vacation and a great space for the dogs to run around in a fenced in space.

Spotlessly Clean and Pet-Friendly Stay!

The property was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. As a germaphobe, I truly appreciated how clean the home was—it exceeded my expectations. It was a very pleasant experience, even for our furry family member, who felt right at home. Highly recommend this property!

Fenced in yard great

Great place if you have dogs with a fenced in yard. The place is immaculate and has dishwasher washer and dryer. Comfortable living room and bedrooms. An overall nice place to stay!
