Beach House perfection

Beautiful vistas, perfect accommodations for 9 family members ranging in age from 3 to 70s. Always something to do/explore. All support staff very helpful!

Paradise Found

Perfectly appointed for a weeklong vacation with family. Enough room for privacy, yet wonderful space to be together. Relaxing by the pool, swimming in the ocean, spending a day at the beach- this house has it all.

Neptune's Cove was magnificent! Our family enjoys getting away from it all, and this fit the bill. Communication was excellent. Recommend highly!

Exceptional Home!

I can't say enough about how wonderful of a time my family had staying at this property. It really has it all. It's beautiful, spacious, everyone had their own space. We loved the pool and swimming in the Caribbean. We snorkeled and caught fish right off the patio by the fire pit, which we enjoyed at night. We can't wait to return!

Perfect

Perfect for our needs. 3 families with 6 adults 4 18-25 year olds and 2 children 2 & 4. Everyone had plenty of space and plenty of beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was quick to address any issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, had all the amenities

The house was great and it lacked nothing. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms made for an easy stay. Waking up to the spectacular views along with having dinner watching an amazing sunset made for a very memorable vacation. The caretakers were extremely helpful along with the booking agents. Smooth transaction. The only complaint would be that the gazebo bedroom needs to be revamped. There was a fairly strong smell of mold which should be remedied. If you don’t plan on using the gazebo bedroom then you have nothing to worry about.

Great Property for a Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of nine people between 18 and 86 years old. The property is perfectly laid out to give everyone space, but also allow everyone to come together for meals, time in the pool, watching sea turtles swim in the ocean from the gazebo. Special shout-out to Captain Jay who was a great help and great entertainment. A note that Brenda is no longer available to cook meals for guests even though the rental materials say she does. We contacted her and she said, "I don't do that anymore. I keep telling the owners to update the listing information!"Overall, I would highly recommend and come back to Neptune Cove again!

Amazing

What an experience! Magnificent estate setting with an infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean and a grotto that is set back into the rock face. Below the grotto may be some of the best snorkeling on the island. Kitchen is gourmet equipped, lacking nothing when preparing meals. Bedrooms are first class and offer a scenic view from each one. The caretakers are extraordinary. Brenda and Lisa met us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour of the estate. They along with Capt. Jay, Jeremy and Ivan take care of any little issue immediately, and I mean little issue, like a burned out light bulb or a door lock that was stuck. Suggestions for restaurants, groceries, snorkeling spots, and not to be missed views were shared with all of us. I can’t thank them or the owner enough for our amazing trip. Hope to return soon.

More beautiful than the listing

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the property is, it's breathtaking. I think the gazebo room is also larger than shown. There is plenty of space to stretch out. The snorkeling behind the house is great, go down to the large rocks towards the North, bring your gear! We saw sea turtles daily. Rainbow bay beach is nearby and sandy with easier access than behind the house with the ladder. Get your groceries near the Eleuthera airport, it's 40 minutes away but well worth the drive as the local places are poorly stocked and very pricey. We had no trouble with water or power since the home has a generator. The home is generally well outfitted, but it's time for an inventory as there were very few glasses and almost none that were plastic for by the pool. A regular cookie sheet and some plastic cups would have made life slightly easier but we weren't complaining with that view. There were infinite plates, coffee cups, and towels. We found even plenty of the basics and did not have to buy toilet paper, paper towels, or even shampoo as it seems they helpfully leave large bottles prior guests bought. If you're picky about perfectly clean, it was clean, but not to a hotel or US VRBO standard I would say. We loved it and would definitely stay again if we made it back to Eleuthera!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time at Neptune Cove. My wife and I and our three adult children had plenty of room and everything we needed. Swimming in the sea was a highlight, and most days we did not leave the house. Two lunch spot restaurants and a grocery/liquor store in James Cistern made cooking and eating convenient. Pool was a little chilly, but felt great in the afternoon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Empty Nesters group of eight had a wonderful stay at Neptune Cove! The location was perfect for venturing to a number of beautiful beaches and sites to the North (Gaulding Cay / Queens Bath - 20 minutes and Sapphire Blue Hole / Preachers Cave Beach - 40 minutes) and to the South (Twin Cove / French Leave Beach / Governors Harbour - 30 minutes and Ten Bay - 40 minutes) with Rainbow Beach and Hidden Beach just a couple minutes away. The layout of the villa is perfect for a large group and the views are amazing! We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling right along the cliff and the pool offered a great spot to cool off and gather. The staff was friendly (like all the people we met on Eleuthera) and kept everything in good shape while respecting our privacy. We had a lot of fun at the Friday night fish fry and a great dinner at the Rainbow Bay Inn Restaurant. It is the perfect place to stay if you want to get away from it all!

Wedding Bliss at Neptune

It was very comfortable for a large group with many outdoor areas for congregating or privacy. The Caribbean access here is so fun. The property was well appointed with all we needed. The nearby beaches and points of interest are easily accessible by short car trips. The small nearby store is well stocked for light needs. The larger stores about an hour away are needed for a good stock of foods upon initial arrival. No fault of the location but the NoSeeUms are no joke. Prepare with baby oil and bug spray to ward them off. A nice wind is a welcomed gift. The property was as described and the owner communicated well, answering all questions quickly.

To find a house on an out island that is this well appointed and cared for is hard. If you have stayed on many islands you know what I mean. The grounds and pool were kept manicured while we were there. The inside of the house was clean, quiet and comfortable. Well stocked. You can hang here, go 3 mins to the beach, 10 minutes to a beach bar, or 40 mins to Harbor Island or Spanish Wells. The grotto was awesome and good snorkeling right there --we even saw a melon sized octopus immediately off the ladder, as it morphed to look like a coral head. Responsive managers and smiling friendly local help.

Neptune Cove

Beautiful property with incredible view. The bedroom under the gazebo had a very bad odor and we were not able to use this room for our family of 12. The property has some maintenance issues. There was always a perfect breeze and we enjoyed seeing the sea turtles daily.

The home was well equipped and very clean. The beds were so comfortable and so much space for large families. The caretakers made sure we knew how to work everything and that we could call for any issues. The DIRECTV went out and the were on it immediately and got it fixed asap. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Fantastic experience!

The house was extremely homely and had absolutely everything we needed. The owner and caretakers were quick to respond and didn’t mind answering all our questions. With it being up on a cliff above the ocean there was a nice breeze that helped keep the no seeums away. Highly recommend Neptune’s Cove. Each morning and afternoon 2 sea turtles would visit and we also saw a nurse shark one evening.
