"This property would be good for self drive definitely, but not advisable if u are taking public transport. It is 2KM from the bus terminal. The host provided a really powerful heating panel which we also used to dry all our clothes and was hot and crisp after 10 hours. Host was very kind and friendly. Lake Toya was raining the two days we were there so we checked out after 1 day unfortunately. "

"We stayed at the 2 BR penthouse, which has breathtaking views of Mount Toya from all rooms. You get to soak in that image to your heart’s content. A definite highlight of our trip. You can also watch the sunrise from all windows. The hotel is modern and stylish and everything is new and in pristine condition. "First time staying at the Setsumon and it by far has exceeded any accommodation I have stayed in at a ski resort. The apartment was very modern, spacious, comfortable bed and delightful staff. A special shout out to the cheery young fellow Andrew who drove us to Kutchan last minute to catch our train and helped us with our belongings. God bless!"

"It’s a Japanese style house by the sea. Well equipped with everything. Big living room where we can hangout together. Nice and comfortable futon. Lovely view. The only downside is that the car road to the house is quite steep and uneven. "

"Enjoyed our third stay at Harmony House and once again, it did not disappoint. The home accommodated our group of 8 easily. The best memories were the morning sunrises looking out the front window while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The van that comes with the home rental made our visits to the ski resorts, stores, and onsen so easy. Thank you Fujimi for your warm hospitality! We look forward to seeing you again next spring!"
