Experience the charm of one of Rangitahi Peninsula`s original homesteads. This spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom waterfront home offers all the perks of Raglan town, a short drive to cafes and restaurants, with utmost privacy amidst established gardens and your own private water access. At the end of the tranquil Mara Kai Lane, it is a true oasis for families or groups.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area has French doors on both sides leading to two outdoor entertaining and BBQ areas. The large kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and a barista-grade coffee machine, and the indoor table seats eight. The lounge has a smart TV, wood-burning fire and an L-shaped couch that seats eight.

The master wing has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, sofa and an ensuite with a spacious double bath and bi-fold windows onto native greenery. The second wing has Bedroom 2 (queen, French doors to the lawn and water view), Bedroom 3 (two singles) and Bedroom 4 (superking), sharing a family bathroom with shower and bath.

A covered deck is perfect for al fresco family dinners with water views, the large lawn is made for kids, and there are hammocks and bean bags. A sheltered courtyard is ideal for BBQs and has an outdoor shower. Bring your paddleboard: a two-minute stroll to the Rangitahi bridge gives water access to the harbour.

We provide linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, firewood and gas for the BBQ. You will have the entire house, parking area, deck, lawns and gardens, with space for up to five cars and/or a boat. Raglan`s cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.

- No pets
- Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, remove butts from the property on departure.
- Residential area - Quiet time from 10pm to 9am.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior arrangement. Guests limited to number booked. Extra charge if exceeded.
- BBQ (if available): clean with supplied cleaner after use. Cleaning fee if left dirty.
- Rubbish: 1x full blue bag allowed. Take extra with you or use a local refuse station (see house info folder).
- Recycling: 1x full bin per stay. Extra: take with you or $25/box disposal charge.
- No EV charging.
- Left belongings: $20 minimum return fee plus courier cost.
- Motion-sensor security camera may be present at entrance door. Footage may be reviewed if misconduct is suspected.

To protect your stay and our properties, ID verification is required before access details are released, and your booking is conditional on completing it. After payment, you`ll get a secure link to the property portal and will need to verify with a photo ID and a quick selfie — access details are released automatically once it`s done. Takes a few minutes; your data is handled securely by the portal operator, SuiteOp. Failure to complete ID verification will result in your booking being cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply.
