"All the reviews pretty much tell you the negatives and positives. It is an old property and at the ocean so you have mold (back porch) and stuck screens. The garage lights were out. "Check in was easy via gate code and lock boxes. The property and amenities were excellent. And that view off the deck, wow! It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay for us (my wife and I, our daughter and son in law, our 7 year old twin grandsons, and 2 dogs). It is big enough to house many more.
