Fabulous stay for families
Overall beautiful location and hotel. But .... Staff needs to upgrade their hospitality. Bathroom looks clean, but once you look closer can see that has been wiped off with wet towel and that's it. 4* hotel but in superior room the mattress of sofa bed was horrible. Really in 4* hotel??? Small hotel with walking distance to concert hall. Stayed for one night. Kettle was in the room but you need to bring your own tea and coffee, had 2 cups and one tea spoon.
