"We had to make contact with the host as the hot tub was cold and dirty, we were only able to use it for 1 day, so feel let down.We had to move one of the setees and we then had to clean the floor as there was so much dust and other bits on the floor. As we had young children with us we ate in every night. We felt that there was not enought pots and pans for all of us. There was no instructions for the oven.I think the kitchen items need to be looked at and improved. There were no plugs for the...

"I recently stayed here with my two children and this was the first time we have stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel. The communication from Jamie was highly responsive and he answered all of my questions promptly. Our initial impression of the property is that it was very clean, the fridge was immaculate and bedding very clean plus there is a washing machine, which made life easier with my two messy eaters. It is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train station and a local...

"The property was a mixture of good and bad.
We stayed at Prosper House a few years ago and we liked it. It seems to have got quite worn since then.
The halls are quite scruffy, carpet stained, rubbish in the corners.
Now to the accommodation. The sofa and beds are comfortable. The linens were clean. But the sofa was stained. The floors didnt seem clean, my socks were black.
There was mould in the bathroom due to the fact that the fan is so rattly everyone must turn it off at hearing the awful...

"A great little apartment in the heart of Tombland in Norwich. We’ve stayed in local hotels previously so knew the area.
A very clean apartment on the second floor of the block. Secure parking and a secluded spot. A short walk in to the heart of Norwich with a selection of bars and restaurants."

"Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples. Would highly recommend "

Excellent communication with quick responses both before and during stay ensuring we were kept updated on all relevant information. I would certainly recommend Luis without hesitation.
