"We had to make contact with the host as the hot tub was cold and dirty, we were only able to use it for 1 day, so feel let down.We had to move one of the setees and we then had to clean the floor as there was so much dust and other bits on the floor.As we had young children with us we ate in every night. "It was a lovely riverside location with the cathedral 5 minutes away. A footpath by the side of the pub opposite got you into the heart of the city in 6 or 7 minutes. Apartment is small but perfect for two. A city map would be useful as there is no tourist office in Norwich and we got a bit lost firsts day."
