"Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der Villa Subic. Die Umgebung ist sehr grün und nur 5-10 min Gehzeit bis zum örtlichen Strand. Der Garten und das Pool und die Ausstattung ist liebevoll gepflegt von den Besitzern. Auch eine Grillmöglichkeit ist in dem schönen Garten und ein Spielhaus für Kinder. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und mit Terrasse. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Dankeschön! "

"Parking was a nightmare; not enough spaces, blocking or being blocked by others (once awakened at 6 am, once blocked by staff, also by a guest for an hour. Rooms were dank & humid, hiked 106 steps to go to breakfast. Laundry at harbor had no parking, only 2 machines. Charged for a "Superior" room. Ad said king bed. Had 2 uncomfortable twins. Nothing to recommend"

"Das Haus war sehr sauber, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist relativ antik und auch nicht alle Geräte funktionieren mehr einwandfrei (keine Spülmaschine), aber es ist liebevoll und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war reibungslos! Sie hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und sofort Maßnahmen eingeleitet! "Très bonne, maison très bien et pratique pour 6 personnes ou 7 avec bb. Propriétaire très présente, parle allemand. Pas de lave linge mais séjour d’été à la mer donc peu gênant sur la période et de toute manière la propriétaire change la lingerie chaque semaine et peut faire votre lessive si vous lui fournissez les produits. Reste rien à dire, avantage majeur du stationnement dans la location. "

"Prostoren aprtman 80 m od plaže, z vsemi potrebnimi pripomočki za bivanje družine 14 dni. Zelo smo uživali v druži zelo prijaznih lastnikov. Blizu mesta Rab, kamor smo se odpravili peš ali s kolesi, ki so navoljo pri lastnikih. Zelo smo uživali na dopustu."

"Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung hat die Terrasse mit dem Traumblick mehr wie gut gemacht. Die Terrasse war von morgens früh bis weit in den Abend nutzbar da die Sonne schön rum wandert über Tag das man immer Sonne für die Liege oder Schatten zum Lesen findet. Auch wenn mal ein paar Tropfen kamen war man geschützt, das Wohnzimmer brauchten wir gar nicht bei der Terrasse. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht alles nach Wunsch zu richten und auch...
