Each vacation rental property is professionally managed and superbly maintained to the highest standards. Your Maui vacation can be enjoyed in one of our beachfront one-or-two bedroom condos which come fully furnished and equipped for your vacation.

    Each oceanfront condo at the Kulakane Resort is unique because it was furnished and decorated by its individual owner. Individually decorated, each condominium offers a complete kitchen, free cable TV and free local telephone.

    Kulakane Resort offers beautiful and affordable West Maui vacation rentals. All of the condos at the Kulakane Resort are located beachfront and offer a direct ocean view. We combine all the comforts of home and make Kulakane Resort your Home away from Home in paradise.

Our Favorite Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kulakane 101 is our favorite place to stay when we go to Maui. Parking is right at the backdoor, no stairs, and when you walk through the door, the ocean is right in front of you. The kitchen is very well equipped, and you will find everything you need. The additional shaded lanai off the living room is wonderful if you have spent enough time in the sun, but still want to be outside. Bed and linens are great! It's clean and comfortable and feels like home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit several times and it is our favorite one. One of the things we noticed was there were more locked cabinets and less amenities such as cooking pots, fins/snorkles, boards, etc that were found in other units. The "Aloha Spirit" found at the KulaKane was always a special part of staying there and it was significantly missing. The onsite manager(Debbie/Tony) are no longer living there and that has made a difference. Even next door had more "Spirit".

Beautiful Property right on the Ocean. Very nice condo, the appliances were a bit dated. There was construction going on, but the management did everything possible to accommodate us. Maintenance person and manager were phenomenal! Couldn't rate it higher until construction is over. Good value, would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is very well equipped with everything needed for our 25 night stay. On-site management team Deb & Tony are great. This condo complex is centrally located, with easy access to multiple shopping/dining venues. All units are ocean front and professionally cleaned between rentals. Highly recommend the Kulakane for your Maui vacation experience.

A Little Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was large but everything really needed updating. Also we we were charged a cleaning deposit and the carpets were not clean. The bottoms if our feet got black if we walked around without shoes. Also a little noisy. You could hear the people above you walking around and dragging chairs around on the balcony. The view were gorgeous if you stay oceanside not too impressed with neighborhood.

First floor with direct access to the beach and pool, It's larger than the interior units and has everything you might need including a side yard and more windows and a door that allows more ocean breeze into the unit. I can recommend this property.
