We booked 2 rooms via Agoda and booked an extra room on the spot via Expedia. We wanted to stay on the same floor and one of the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. It was such a kind gesture!
Rooms are spacious and beautiful. A bit of shame we had mold in the bathroom and that the housekeeping was a bit neglected (floor not clean carefully and hand marks could still be seen near tv frame).

"Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A few staff spoke very good English, too.

HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. "Breakfast was great. A little more than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very comfortable room and mattress. The place was very clean and the staff helpful. I stayed at one other place but this was much better even though the other place was nice. Not many westerners visit Quy Nhon so you’ll need to rely on translation apps if your tieng viet is weak even at hotels. Even then, everyone is so nice and helpful it’s not a problem."
