La suite fue súper cómoda, excelente ubicación, el servicio bueno y tiene acceso directo al Marriot y se puede usar sus instalaciones. Lo malo fue el agua caliente. El desayuno que incluye es básico pero no está mal ( pan, fruta, yogurt, mantequilla y mermelada)

Agradable Hotel, muy tranquilo. Ideal para lo que buscaba. Las suites son bien amplias y cómodas además cuentan con un área de cocina que brinda mayor comodidad. La velocidad y calidad del internet es muy buena. También el acceso directo al Hotel Marriott es un plus para viajero.Si en algo pueden mejorar, en mi opinión sería en reemplazar el mobiliario que se lo ve muy gastado. Definitivamente que volvería a hospedarme aquí.

En general muy bien solamente cuando realice mi reserva en hotels.com decia con desayuno y cuando llegue al hotel me indicaron q no era asi...por lo demas les recomiendo el hotel es muy bueno

Excelente precio por todo lo que ofrece la suite, aun lavadora/secadora y un horno, lo que se encuentran raramente en la habitacion de un hotel. Tambien el acceso al SPA del Hotel Marriott, que esta al lado. Habitacion con cama confortable. Muy silencioso, salvo el aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso. Tuve que ponerlo, puesto que la habitacion se hallaba en la planta baja, y ne se puede abrir la puerta corediza por razon de seguridad. Fue placentera alojarme en la Torre de Suites

Great property. Restaurants and hotel bar were great. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is that they tried to charge me $30 for early check-in even though I explained my Expedia benefits allow me to check in early when available. They told me my unit was available, but I needed to pay…. So I didn’t. They also charged me a $27 tax I don’t know why.

Terrific for families, lots of space to spread out at the end of the day. Good restaurants and Parque de Carolina nearby. Quiet. Good room service from the Marriott next door and all their amenities through a joint deal they’ve worked out. Watch the thousands of cyclists on Ave Rio Amazonas on Sundays. .

Bel appartement et belle piscine
Grand appartement qui partage la piscine du Marriott. Très bel appartement et très belle piscine. En revanche si on n’a besoin de quelqu’un la nuit, très peu parlent anglais. Et les couloirs sont lugubres comme si personne n’y était. Il faudrait rendre vivant cet endroit pour que ce soir vraiment parfait

Merci beaucoup d'être resté avec nous. Malheureusement, le personnel qui est de service après 23 heures ne parle pas anglais, mais nous sommes toujours au téléphone en cas de problème.

best Location in Quito
Perfect location and very large rooms. Building is next to Marriott Quito which gives flexibility to use their bar and restaurant.

Beautiful pool and spa area. Loved the steam room. There could have been better information on all the amenities we didn’t know where to eat breakfast which was included. We purchased some beer in the common are which was advertised as 5 dollars we payed at the front desk. Then the same girl that took our money called our room later and asked for more money. The guy with her told her she was wrong but she insisted we pay more.

Such a wonderful experience staying at this property. The staff are so incredibly helpful. You sense that they have a real feeling of responsibility for this guests and that they really want to have a great experience visiting Quito. All of the organization worked flawlessly - from the moment Gonzalo picked us up at the airport until he dropped us off. They are happy to help organize with visits to cultural areas and they were incredibly helpful when my daughter got sick. We also loved having access to the Marriot pool and spa. It was a wonderful retreat after spending time in the busy old town. Highly recommended.

Pretty good overall; a few things could be better
The room was actually quite nice -- clean, comfortable, and huge (could fit a family in here and have plenty of room to cook and eat and relax) -- but some other aspects weren't great. For starters, this is actually part of the Marriott, but you would never know that from their branding or the communications you get in advance, and you'll have a really hard time finding it (as will your cab) unless you know where to go. You have to come through the Marriott parking lot and then go down a street to the back, which is really annoying if your'e coming and going on foot, as you basically have to walk down a dark alleyway with no sidewalk. Also, the location isn't the greatest, as you're kind of a ways from the major attractions in the old city (a very long walk) or else an Uber ride. Meanwhile, there's not a lot of staff; when I arrived, I had to wait five minutes, as there's apparently only ever one person at the front desk and he was in a meeting. It's also kind of a ghost town in the lobby, as it's small and no one hangs out there. You can head over to the Marriott for restaurants, shopping, and general hanging out space in the lobby -- and the Marriott lobby is the best place to get cabs or have your Uber pick you up as well. Pro tip: ask one of the staff members to show you the indoor way to get to the Marriott, which is a bit roundabout and hidden, but it will save you a lot of time and hassle once you get it figured out.

Great suite for longer stays
We had some issues with lack of hot water and one TV cutting out, but with a few visits from maintenance, it was eventually resolved. Staff is very helpful. Suite is spacious, kitchen had a fairly big fridge and adequate cooking utensils, we asked for a toaster and it came promptly. We were on the ground floor and had a huge patio, the only problem with that is that your patio furniture gets filthy from the smog, so we had to wash it down every time we sat on it! The pool area is wonderful and the amenities at the Marriott are great. We marveled at the Marriott's floral arranger, all the floral arrangements are breathtaking. The young lady who served us our included continental breakfast was so sweet and kind! We would absolutely stay here again, easy walking distance to parks, restaurants and bars!
