Huge disappointment
On arrival, we were told there was an event the next day. Then asked if that was okay. We said yes it was okay. The work on the event lasted until nearly midnight then a couple of people stood outside our room for another hour or so. In the middle of the night some folks were outside our room talking and laughing. At 7 am most conversations could be heard nearby. All in all a crappy nights sleep. We decided we didn’t want to stay here for another night of activity so we let them know we were moving out and why. We were told we couldn’t be reimbursed as they still needed to pay the fees or whatever to Hotels.com. It’s a really nice place, the manager was very nice, our room was nice. But our night there was not pleasant. Sucks that we apparently could not be reimbursed

Dear friend, I want to apologize for the bad moment caused. Even though you agreed, you were still given dinner as compensation. Yes, I am very sorry about the charging issue, but with Expedia we could not avoid that charge or refund.

On my way to the airport on December 22nd, my wife messaged the owner for directions to his establishment. The owner answered her message by cancelling the reservation because he stated the price was too cheap. One of the worst experiences in this trip. I have travelled many years with Expedia BUT this last trip has been horrible. Expedia why to you VRBO? Worst decision ever!!!

We are sorry for the inconvenience but due to the price that was marked on Expedia we cannot allow a reservation so we had to ask to cancel the reservation.
