Very welcoming stay!

Even though we arrived later in the evening around 10 pm, Santiago (our host) was there to greet us and give us a tour of the apartment and the facilities. The apartment was beautiful and very welcoming with fresh flowers on the dining room table. Santiago was very helpful in organizing our airport transfer both from and to the airport for our departing flight. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, foil paper, celaphane and napkins. There were plenty of cleaning products and garbage bags. The appliances were modern and worked very well.The bedrooms were spacious with very comfy beds. There was a generous number of towels and extra sheets and blankets. Off of the kitchen, there is a full laundryroom and again laundry soap and drier sheets were there for our use.The livingroom and diningroom were spacious and comfortable with ample seating for six people.The principle bedroom, kitchen and livingroom had a lovely balcony for morning coffee or evening wine. The view of the surrounding mountains was beautiful.On the fifth floor, the pool and hottubs were great after a day of being out on the town. Overall, our host did not skip on any creature comforts to make this the best stay. Everything was clean and tidy inside the apartment. The lobby and halls were spotless and very well monitored with cameras and very friendly desk security.We would recommend this stay and give it a full 10 out of 10.

Perfect Location and Apartment

This is the 3rd time we have had the opportunity to stay in this great apartment. The apartment is roomy and clean with views of the Quito mountains and El Panecillo. Sergio, the owner, provides everything you need for a relaxing stay. The building is kept meticulously clean and you feel safe with the 24 hour security guard at the front desk and another one at the garage entrance. The building provides a gym, sauna, steam room, hot tub and outdoor pool on the 5th floor with breathtaking views of Quito.The building is surrounded by great restaurants and delicious bakeries, our favorite was Cyrano and Cafe Europa. You're a walking distance from many great restaurants and 20 minute walk to the Carolina Park - which is well lit and great for a morning jog. Santigo, the property manager, is friendly and very helpful. He responds quickly to your messages via WhatsApp.My family always enjoys returning to Sergio's apartment.Looking forward to our return to Quito and staying here again.

Secure Building in Great Location

This is our 2nd time staying in this apartment. The apartment is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood with many options around to eat. Two great cafes and places to have dinner. The building is top quality with 24 hr security guard and is maintained extremely clean with the help of the wonderfully friendly staff . This apartment is our go-to whenever we visit Quito. We’ve already booked it for February. Santiago, the manager, responds to messages via WhatsApp in minutes. Also, the views from the 5th floor pool and hot tub are breathless. The gym provides all the necessities for a workout. Apartment provides everything you need. I highly recommend this apartment next time you’re in Quito.

Great location, great space!

The space was lovely and well attended. The extremely simple check out process made our vacation all the more memorable! Sergio and his team made sure we were comfortable and provided transportation when needed. Quick communication and great vibes all around, and the location was perfect for exploring the many sites and attractions Quito and the surrounding area had to offer.

Best Place in Quito

Sergio was great and his condo was nothing short of amazing! He set up our airport transfers and even accommodated us with early check in and late check out! The condo is in a super safe area and was nice to have a guard downstairs if needed. When we return to Ecuador we will definitely check to see if Sergio's condo is available again.

Very nice place and great neighborhood

Sergio was great to work with, immediate responses to any questions I had. We got to the apartment late at night and Santiago was waiting for us to show us the place and give us the key. Gonzalo picked us from the airport and was very accommodating thru-out our stay in Quito. Gonzalo or his associates were always on time to pick us up, very impressive. Thank you Gonzalo and Juan Carlos, you made it easy for us. We will go back!

Perfect place for a Quito vacation

We have done many Vrbo places and this one has been one of our favorites. Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 6-11) stayed here and it was perfect! Plenty of space, 2 balconies with views of Quito, heated pool, gym and saunas one floor up, and 24/7 security guard on first floor. 2 parking spaces available to use. Location was perfect, felt very safe and walkable to shops and restaurants. Apartment had plenty of towels including ones for the pool, blankets, fans if needed and the kitchen was stocked. Conveniently has water/dryer so less packing needed. Sergio and Santiago welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Quito!

More than we hoped for!

Nice stay

We are 3 couples stayed for 2 nights. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with nice restaurants nearby. When we arrived, Santiago was waiting for us in front the building. Then he showed us the way to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The only problem was the hot water. When 3 people took showers at the same time the water temperature was not stable and the hot water would not last for all of us. Otherwise, we enjoyed it very much.

Wonderful Family stay in Quito

My family and I initially planned to stay in Sergio's beautiful apartment for about 10 days and we loved it so much that we extended it to 14 days! The apt was spacious, impeccable, and it had all the amenities you needed for a home away from home. We had regular communication with Sergio and the property manager, Santiago, and they were always responsive and willing to assist with any questions we had. We enjoyed access to the beautiful rooftop, pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. The building has a doorman who was also very attentive and helpful. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Quito!

Great apartment and great location!

This our second time renting this apartment. The owner Sergio is always very responsive and his nephew Santiago was very friendly and helpful checking us in, out and available throughout our 8 day stay. Highly recommend it!

Everything was clean. Beds were comfy with lots of pillows and blankets. Plenty of room to sit and visit in livingroom. Frinedly and helpful Washer and dryer came in handy. Would stay here again!

Great location and amenities!

If you’re looking for a modern, well-appointed rental in a beautiful Quito neighborhood, look no further! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, it was easy to find cabs, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The host is very responsive as well. Our family of 5 adults had plenty of room in this apartment. Overall, a wonderful stay!
