They let us stay while it was raining. As my husband and I were riding our motorcycles from TN. Very nice people.

It is an amazing place to stay whether you are traveling for vacation or business, the room was clean and tidy, it is a five-minute walk to Lake Fork and Deborah is a great host, I highly recommend this place, double thumbs up, and a 5-star review.
