Over 200 m², the ground floor features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player, as well as a toilet and plenty of storage. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, a mezzanine, and two bathrooms with toilets. Bed linens and towels are provided, and the cottage also offers free Wi-Fi and secure private parking.

Outside, the enclosed private garden with sunny terrace allows you to fully enjoy the peaceful and safe surroundings. There is a garden lounge, parasol, sun loungers, and a barbecue for relaxing moments with family or friends.

Roz Maria Cottage is ideally located to explore Brittany. The beaches of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc are just 20 minutes away, and many tourist sites are nearby, including Île de Bréhat, Lake Guerlédan, Ploumanach, Binic, Saint-Quay, Val André, and Erquy.
