"The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. "

"The property is very nice once you get inside. It is large and well-stocked. However the stairs in the front are very difficult to navigate, especially if you have luggage. Also there is nothing much within walking distance and is not in a great neighborhood, one Uber driver commented that I was brave to stay there. Also there is a cleaning fee, but the guest is required to take out the trash and wash all dishes."
