"Cute little rooms backed off the hwy so quiet also. If the had quicker communication between Vacsa and the off site manager things would be smoother. We had a bathroom issue that seemed to take a long time to work out while we are trying to leave for son's wedding But these cute little rooms are comfortable, clean and have extra towels!! "This is a great location and area. Cute place, but we had a few issues. The listing did not list a refrigerator, but the picture showed one. I inquired for confirmation and never heard back except for very general answers and not to my question. The lock is super confusing. You are given 2 different codes (you only need 1) and it took multiple times to get the door open on several occasions. THe QR code above the door to show you how to use the lock doesn’t go anywhere. "Nothing! Did not receive an email with access code. We didn’t know there was no check in desk. Arrived at 4:30 . Did not get into our unit until 7:00. Rest of the time on hold. Finally able to connect with someone on line. Very bad experience 😖😡"
