"I booked this room in the woods to get away from technology, disruptions, obligations, and people. The website said it was confirmed and I thought I was done. I was then contacted repeatedly by email and text with conflicting messages about whether it was confirmed. They said I had to end a selfie or they'd cancel my reservation. I had to pull over on the way to my getaway to read through terms and conditions about what 3rd parties they may send my selfie to and why. I finally told them I'm not...

"Nothing! Did not receive an email with access code. We didn’t know there was no check in desk. Arrived at 4:30 . Did not get into our unit until 7:00. Rest of the time on hold. Finally able to connect with someone on line. Very bad experience 😖😡"

"We loved how quiet everything was. Full fridge, cozy chair and bed. They have books of the park and a guidebook for campgrounds at several other National parks. There is an amazing coffee stand out front, although, they also provide coffee in the room a well. The bathroom is fairly small though, so if you shop in the big and tall section it might be a bit of a squeeze! We would definitely stay again."

"The place is so cute and comfortable. It had everything you would have in your home. The bed and bedding was very comfy. The location is wonderful. You are just a very short walk away from the entertainment areas with shops, restaurants and bars right in the bay. There is a large window near the bed with a view of the marina.
