Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Easy check in and out. Tea, coffee and jug in room. Small communal kitchenette a few rooms down with microwave fridge etc. Communal tv room also. This property is outstanding. For our family of 15 (ages 1-70) the spaciousness and amenities were great.
