To make your arrival easier and ensure a comfortable and safe check-in, we'd like to share the following instructions with you:

1. Property location

When you reach the main street, opposite the IGSS departmental headquarters, look for the property, located two blocks from the central park.

You'll easily recognize it by its stone façade, a black gate, and a post with a sign that says "Restaurante Tu Estado." This is the property where you will be staying.

2. Key pickup

Outside the property, next to the black gate, you will find a Yale lockbox. The keys needed to enter the property, access the rooms, and open the parking lot gate will be available inside.

Please use the corresponding keys as indicated.

3. Access to the parking lot

The parking area is on one side of the property. To enter, use the small key to open the gate.

Once inside, you will find parking spaces numbers 15 and 16. Both parking spaces are covered and available for your use.

4. Property entry and access to the bedrooms

When you open the main gate, you will find a coffee shop inside the property.

From there, go up the stairs to the second level. At the entrance, you will find a door marked with the word "Home," equipped with an electronic lock.

Enter the access code provided to you to enter.

Once on the second level, go to the room assigned to you and enter the corresponding code on the electronic lock to open the door.

Important: The small key is to open the parking lot gate, and the large key is to open the black gate of the property.

When entering the property, be sure to close and lock the gate for safety.

When leaving, place the keys back in the Yale security box, close it, and delete the code.
