Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.
Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space:
Our home is large and spacious, with an open plan and high ceilings in the living areas. Our home has three very comfortable bedrooms...a perfect holiday retreat for families or three couples.
You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets.
Relax in the spa bath after a day skiing or hiking, or sit in the luxurious Eames chair or on the large comfy couch and chill with a glass of amazing local NZ wine.
We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly.
We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1- Super King Bed
Bedroom 2- 2x Single Beds (Can Be Made into a Super King Size Bed)
Bedroom 3- 2x Singles Beds
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.
Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful. Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!
It is a very quiet neighbourhood... and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.
Getting Around:
Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 800 m walk to the shops and restaurants.
The closest Orbus bus stop is about 500 metres away, in front of the Crowne Plaza hotel. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that we have a five day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period.
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.
A maximum of 6 guests allowed. The person making the booking must be over the age of 25.
