A newly renovated two-bedroom apartment at 404 Oaks Shores, sleeping up to four guests. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite, and the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opens onto a balcony with an outdoor dining setting. The apartment features a gas fireplace, heat pump heating, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and TVs in the living area and master bedroom.



The Space

A two-bedroom home on a single level, on Frankton Road between Frankton and central Queenstown. The living areas look out to sweeping Views of Lake Wakatipu & The Remarkables.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, with sweeping Views of Lake Wakatipu & The Remarkables.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 ensuite: shower, vanity basin, toilet, heated towel rail. Master ensuite: shower over bath, basin, toilet, heated towel rail, hair dryer at vanity.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop (gas), exhaust fan, oven, kettle.

Balcony: Balcony off the dining area accessed via sliding doors; outdoor dining set seats 4.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

This apartment is privately managed out of the Oaks Shores Resort complex on Frankton Road, right on the shore of Lake Wakatipu. It's roughly a 7-minute drive (or a scenic lakeside walk/cycle) into central Queenstown, with Frankton's shops and cafes close by the other way.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: None

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
