A fantastic stay with friends and family (11 of us) over Christmas in this beautifully located accommodation. It is extremely spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The view from the huge picture windows is out of this world. The house is also even better in reality than it looks in the photos. The host Alison is helpful and responsive and we wanted for nothing. Highly recommended.

Beautiful & Comfortable!

We loved the soothing beautiful view, the comfort and spaciousness of the house and how easy it was to walk to town from here! The roads are a little daunting because they are so narrow. But having parking off the road and plenty of room to get together and have some privacy was wonderful! The jacuzzi was a welcome addition! Thanks for making this beautiful home available!

Phenomenal Stay

My family group had a fantastic time in this beautiful house. Could not ask for more. The views are stunning and it's only a relatively short walk downhill to Queenstown centre. Highly recommend this property.

What a place… Brilliant for multiple families. Beautifully furnished, great location (a bit of a walk but ok), and what about the view (breathtaking !!!). Spa, garage, BBQ, washers and dryers, lovely kitchen and common rooms with an open fire (and firewood). Exceeded our expectations. Would love to return. Host communication was excellent.

Everything I expected and more!!

This home is gorgeous with a cozy yet spacious, warm, comfortable feel. The view that greets you is magnificent!! There’s a wonderful open fire to sit around and toast marshmallows with lovely comfy lounges. The kitchen, laundries and bathrooms are decked out with all the items and equipment you’d possibly need including heated towel racks and tiles. It’s a fantastic place to stay for large groups with plenty of areas to escape to and a bubbling spa to relax in. The owner is a lovely lady who was always willing to help.

Simply STUNNING House !!

We had a family re-union/50th Birthday celebrations and stayed in the house for 9 days. It was the most fantastic house with gorgeous beds and bathrooms. Designed in a way the bedroom are separated from the main living area which was ideal. Fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. The house is more amazing than the photos - 11/10. Host was fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Truly awesome property

Several friends and I enjoyed this property very much. It offered great views of Queenstown and the lake (and one of the best sunsets I've seen), as well as reasonable proximity to the city centre. The host, Alison, was very responsive to inquiries and very accommodating of a couple requests. The open living area was very spacious, and we especially enjoyed the big windows with seats giving a 270 degree view. And the hot tub was a wonderful respite after a couple long days!

The house is truly lovely and even better than the pictures. However there is major roadworks around the street and so driving in and out of the property was not as direct as usual. Definitely a perfect house for a big group get away and would highly Recommend the hosue

Stunning

We had a week at this property for my mother's 70th birthday. The house was clean, well equipped, very large and as the photos show - in a location that made you feel like you were on top of the world - the views were incredible. A walk to town for those able. We didn't wish for anything. I recommend this place.

Making Memories

Nothing I can say that isn't positive about this awesome home away from home. It was perfect for our group of 9 family and friends, so much space to enjoy the incredible views. Everything in the house you could possible need and an excellent location just outside of the main town. The host could not have been more responsive and helpful and the kids thoroughly enjoyed toasting the marshmallows on the fire. It would be a dream to return one day. Thank you!
