Fantastic home to see one of the best sunsets ever

Very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy check in and out. Very accommodating host. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to the heart of Queenstown.

Amazing view of Queenstown

We loved the property. We enjoyed many hours on the balcony enjoying the view and found the house had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a special treat. Would absolutely stay again if we returned to Queenstown.

5 star views, facilities and management

WOW the view is so beautiful that it made leaving the house each day a challenge. The house it beautiful and well appointed and the property management service was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for 10 days and was great to be close to town. House suited our family of six perfectly and had a great layout. House was clean and fitout with everything you could need

Great view

The view was great! We underestimated the hills so walking into town was a bit steep. We always booked a ride back up the hills though. TV remotes not in living room so unable to use tv. Quiet neighborhood. Patio furniture not very comfortable but made due as the view was the main feature. Would stay again.

Awesome View

The Panorama name of the villa is spot on what a view! The property is a 20 min walking distance to city center albeit it is a relatively steep walk down and up but that is what you expect with a priceless view. Property is clean some of the furniture and appliances are showing its age but is functional comfortable. Only minor issue is requested a maintenance visit twice and no response but property manager called the day before our departure date apologized and fixed the issue. If you want a great view with spacious main living and awesome patio views this would be a great place to stay.

Great views

We enjoyed our four-night stay. The view was amazing, and the unit was in good repair. We did not have a car, so the uphill trip to the unit was a challenge, but that’s the price of such great views.

A stunning place

Downtown Queenstown too busy for our tastes. This place perfectly located. The pictures tell the whole story. We absolutely loved this place and are dreaming of a return within the next two years.

Beautiful place with the most gorgeous view!

Nice, clean newer home with an awesome panoramic view! Queenstown is my favorite 💞 We had some issues w/ tv’s & WiFi, but who needs it when you have a that view!!

Great place to ring in 2019

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lake Panorama Villa - Enormous property with wonderful lake and mountain views. It made our Queenstown visit so memorable catching the New Years Eve fireworks from the balcony. It's a great 15-20 min walk downtown and kept our guilt level down after eating the donuts at Balls and Bangles knowing we would be working half the calories off walking back up the hill. All our adventures were awesome -Skippers Canyon Jet boat, Tss Earnslaw, IFLY indoor skydiving, brunch at The Pier. Too windy to paraglide or fly to Milford Sound so will have to return again someday.

Lovely Christmas/ New Year's stay

House was much bigger than our requirements but had a good location. Price surcharge for peak season was double which didn't go unnoticed! Nevertheless, property was in a great condition and the huge deck is great for barbecueing with great sweeping views of Queenstown and the lake. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless and very comfortable. Wifi only worked in the living area and not the downstairs bedroom. Property is quite high up the hill so would recommend driving to/from town.

Also, we thought the directions for departure were rather strict and threatening, We always try to leave a property in good condition but threats of fines if the grill is not properly cleaned or the TV is not properly turned off are a bit extreme. We appreciate instructions for leaving the property but not threats of extreme fines.

A good place for families to stay, although not in walking distance to the town as you will need a car to get up and down the hill.
