Welcome to Alpine Luxury at Korimako – a sophisticated alpine escape with panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. Designed for discerning guests, this five-bedroom residence offers high-end comfort, privacy, and a seamless Queenstown experience.



Elegantly designed with contemporary finishes, the home features spacious open-plan living, a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, and expansive decks for taking in the views. Relax in the private Onsen-style outdoor bath or unwind in the media lounge with a glass of wine and a game of pool.





The Space

A five-bedroom home set over multiple levels, on Queenstown Hill, close to the town centre. The living areas look out to lake and mountain views from multiple bedrooms, decks, garden area and outdoor bath.

This home has an open-plan lounge and high-end kitchen opening onto expansive outdoor decks, plus a private Onsen-style bath and a media lounge. Guests have exclusive use of the whole home, including all bedrooms, the landscaped gardens, the Onsen bath, and 3 off-street parking spaces.

Bedrooms: Five bedrooms. Please let us know your desired configuration when booking.

Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms in this property, all with standing showers. There is also an outdoor bath under the deck behind the sliding barn doors.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven and stovetop, microwave, fridge, two-drawer dishwasher, wine fridge, rice cooker.

Billiard Room: Please handle all cues, balls, and tables with care so they remain in excellent condition for all guests.

Bar Area: Note that the bar counter in this room is unstocked, and alcohol is not provided. Any empty bottles present on the shelves are for decoration and not to be thrown out.

Exterior: There is a balcony attached to the living area wraps around the kitchen and goes downstairs to the outdoor bathtub. There is another balcony at the entrance to the house outside the pool room as well.

Bedroom 4: 2 Singles (Not bunk beds, but please note there is a small ladder to get onto these beds as they are slightly elevated)

5th Bedroom: 1 King Size Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 King Sized Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Sized Bed

Bedroom 4: 2 Singles (Not bunk beds, but please note there is a small ladder to get onto these beds as they are slightly elevated)

5th Bedroom: 1 King Size Bed

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Multiple internal and external staircases throughout property.

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 10 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
