Just the spot!

Opening the door to the apartment, we were greeted by an amazing view of the hills around Queenstown. The apart was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Downtown was a short 10 minute walk. Arrowtown, Milford, and tons of hiking trails are all easily accessible. And the free parking at the condo was a real perk.

Great location

Great location , that is walking distance to town & Gondola The apartment is comfortable & has all that you would require. We enjoyed our stay . There are steps up to the unit which may be difficult for older person with mobility issues .

Just The Spot- Queenstown

This apartment was amazing and exactly where we needed to be. We walked to everything we wanted to do in Queenstown and as a family of 5 we had plenty of space. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Queenstown. The only issue we had is when we arrived to check in at 3pm the cleaners had just arrived to clean the apartment so the place wouldn’t be ready for us until after 4pm. We just used this time to start our exploring of Queenstown.

Excellent Location

The apartment was really suitable for our adult family of 6. It was warm and comfortable, had all of the facilities needed for our stay, excellent central location so easy to walk to town, Skyline etc and close to Fresh Choice supermarket.

Cosy and perfect location close to center

We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex apartment. It was a great space for our family group of 4 adults and 2 teens. It was well equipped, generally clean (a few cobwebs in the corner of the downstairs bathroom) and comfortable. It was a bonus to have sky so the older teen could watch the F1. The view from the apartment overlooks the gondola and mountains, was very pretty. Parking was underneath the apartment and was very large, guest parking was also used without issue. The location is absolutely perfect for all the wonders that Queenstown has to offer. It was about a 10 minute walk to where most of the attraction / trip pickup points were. A little further to the waterfront. 15 mins to the gondola. Supermarket across the road (5 mins). We recommend, Fat Badgers Pizza, Flame Bar & Grill and of course the famous Fergburger, Fergbaker and Mrs Ferg Gelateria (they had far too much money from us in the 4 days we were there!) We would stay here again if we returned to Queenstown.

Very comfy apartment in a convenient but quiet location

‘Just The Spot’ is a very well appointed apartment, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The dedicated parking spot is a great feature. Communication from the host is very good. And the location is just terrific - a very easy walk into the centre of Queenstown, but extremely quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and owners

Was exactly as advertised, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the one downstairs is an en suite. All you need is in the house. The location is stellar and the covered parking is cream on top. Will def book again.

Excellent location and great property layout

This home is ridiculously close to town and has a wonderful layout. It's warm, sunny, clean, has amazing parking and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I actually think the photos don't do it justice and some better ones could be taken for advertising. The layout was great my adult daughter and her boyfriend slept in the downstairs bedroom with ensuite and my husband and I in master with daughter in the room next door and main bathroom all upstairs. Stay here you won't be dissapointed
