The main living level is designed around relaxed holiday living, with a reverse-cycle heat pump and underfloor heating keeping the space comfortable throughout Queenstown's changing seasons.

RATES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Rates are subject to change based on seasonality, demand and availability and are locked in once your booking is confirmed.

Special events and the Christmas/New Year period may attract higher nightly rates and minimum-stay requirements.

Your final pricing includes a pre-arrival inspection, house linen, towels, kitchen linen, a standard departure clean and applicable taxes.

Stays of 7 nights or longer may require a mid-stay clean and linen change at an additional charge.

Rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all four bedrooms, living areas, kitchen and dining spaces, outdoor entertaining areas, private hot tub, laundry and double garage.

Please note that the home is set across three levels and includes internal stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs.

Located on Queenstown Hill, the home offers the best of both worlds, an elevated setting with beautiful alpine views while remaining only a short drive from the heart of Queenstown.

Central Queenstown is approximately 5 minutes away by car, putting the lakefront, restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping and adventure activities within easy reach.

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is convenient for exploring Queenstown and the wider region, particularly if you're heading to the ski fields, Arrowtown, local wineries or further afield.

The home provides a double garage for secure parking. Taxis, rideshare services and Queenstown's local bus network are also available.

As the property is located on Queenstown Hill, walking to and from town involves hills and inclines. Guests planning to explore primarily on foot should take this into consideration.

There is a short steep incline when entering the driveway to the complex care must be taken when navigating,
