The Space

A three-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Marina Apartments Complex on the Frankton Road waterfront.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms. Master ensuite has shower over bath, while remaining bathrooms have standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV, balcony access

Kitchen: Fully equipped with kitchen appliances: microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge (main apartment), mini fridge, compact air fryer.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed



Bed configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Your space is fully self-contained with its own separate entrance for complete privacy.

Guests also have access to free parking on-site. Spaces are not allocated to specific apartments, so you’re welcome to park anywhere available within the complex.



The Neighbourhood

Marina Apartments sit right on the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, with the marina, beach, and cycle trail all on the doorstep. It's a 3-minute walk to Altitude Brewery and a 5-minute walk to Boatshed Cafe for breakfast or lunch, with Frankton shops close by.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External stairs only. There are two sets of stairs from the parking lot to the apartment.

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
