Hi Sarah, I appreciate your feedback. All our rooms have hot water cylinders of 140 litres & generally that's enough for four people but if you take a really long shower then it will run out of hot water. I hope you will understand this.Hope to see you again.

I am sorry to hear this Michelle. We had a family stayed in this unit who cooked fish & the smell was quite strong that's why we were not able to give you the room on time as we had to spend more time in cleaning the kitchen so the smell could go away. Thank you Michael for your positive feedback. We are nearly at the end of the painting job. We are finished with all the interior paint work & have new bathrooms & new kitchens in all the units now. We have also placed an order for new curtains along with new furniture for all the rooms which is underway. The scaffold will also be coming off in couple of weeks more & then our property will look great & all the guests will enjoy the best views of the lake & mountains from their bedroom. Thank you Brent for your feedback. We are v sorry to hear the inconvenience you had to go through during your stay. We are doing our best to make Colonial village motel as comfortable as possible. The scaffold has been taken down & all our rooms have been freshly painted & is looking great. We are now in the process of refurbishing the rooms which will take few more weeks but i can assure you all these things once done will give our guests a lot of comfort.
