This house was amazing! The beautiful views were breathtaking looking at the mountains and water from the dining room and hot tub. We enjoyed the hot tub and the numerous activities close to Queenstown. Would definitely stay here again as everything went so smoothly from booking property, check in and departure. Great restaurants and a central location for so many wonderful activities. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home!

Belvedere in the Sunmer

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. A beautiful home with fantastic views. Our only peeve was there was no mention of the ongoing major construction on the adjacent property which went on all day and six days a week making using the balconies difficult. Other than that, we would recommend the property and would stay there again, after construction is over.

Excellent Location

The property is situated in a perfect location with outstanding views across the lake and surrounding areas.Property provides a home from home feel with the added benefits of everything you need to make your stay most enjoyable.The only downside I would say whilst we were there would be the building work adjacent the property and not being informed about it as we felt we wasn’t able to take full advantage of using the jacuzzi and outdoor living space/furniture as much as we would have like to have done due to the dust/noise etcHowever having said the above It certainly didn’t spoil our stay in Queenstown, it’s a place you can easily fall in love with along with a home to match. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the the location and the house!!!Sitting in the spa with the most amazing view was a highlight. There was a lot of construction going on next door which at times was frustrating, but that did not take anything away from our stay.

Views Galore!

We stayed early May, definitely a chill in the air but the heat pumps warmed us up after they got going. Beautiful views and hot tub were fantastic. Location to Queenstown was great for a quick and easy $10 Uber ride. Fortunate to see the Southern Lights as an added treat! Would recommend for sure!!

Late Winter Stay

Wonderful house, we had 4 adults (2 couples) and primary school aged kids which was a perfect fit for the house. Amazing views every day of sunrise and sunset, corner store is walking distance through the neighboring hotel property. Kitchen well stocked with spices, utensils, condiments, pots/pans, sharp knives. Recommend having a car if your staying at this property, its high up on the hill.

Belvedere delight

This was the perfect property for our Queenstown skiing holiday. The views are absolutely spectacular, the spa on the top floor was a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. We hired a car which was great for the 5 min drive to central Queenstown and 30 mins to either Coronet Peak or the Remarkables. Heating in the home was great and always felt warm. Great drying area in the garage for the ski gear. Kitchen was fully equipped, the owners have thought of everything you may need during your stay. Highly recommend this wonderful property.

Amazing holiday

The property was perfect. So warm and cozy and just beautiful. It had absolutely everything we needed and so many welcoming touches. From the coffee machine to all of the blankets and products in the kitchen and bathroom, we were so looked after. The spa on the balcony was amazing and a perfect way to end the day. Our communication with the hosts was awesome. so friendly and helpful. It could not have been better.

Comfortable, spacious and great views.

Myself and a group of friends checked in just after New Years for a short summer break in Queenstown. The house was super spacious and very clean and had everything we needed for our stay including a coffee machine, BBQ equipment, big TV and cozy lounge area, spa, clean bedding and towels. The property has amazing views of Lake Wakatipu and is only a short distance from Queenstown center. To be honest we almost preferred to stay in the house than venturing out because it was so comfortable - we would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Such a great Holiday

It was the first time we had been to Queenstown. The property is in a lovely location. Had such a stunning view of the lake. The house was beautiful and spotless.The amenities provided were first class. Overall a very quiet location except we did have noisy neighbours who moved in while we were staying there. Relaxing in Queenstown

Belvedere was a fantastic place to relax in - the highlights for me were the majestic views, particularly from the large spa pool, a lovely gas fire, a great living space, and a range of different outdoor spaces on multiple levels. It had, literally, everything you could ask for.

Family Trip - Twins 30th Birthday Weekend

WOW - we all had an amazing time the view was fantastic sitting in the spa pool on the deck. The beds are so comfortable, the house has everything you would need. None of us wanted to leave. You feel as though you are in another country.
