The Space

A three-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Marina Apartments on the Frankton Road waterfront. The living areas look out to unobstructed marina and lakefront views from living, dining and balcony.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms. The master bathroom has shower over bath whilst the remaining two have standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle, and capsule coffee machine.

Balcony: Off of Lounge room with a dinning table and 6 chairs

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: external only

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300L) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.
