    A 2-level apartment with two private balconies nestled in a wonderful location offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A fantastic walk to town with breathtaking lake and Remarkable Mountain views. Central heated with lots of space inside, a beautiful lounge kitchen area and wonderful first-floor mezzanine are highlights. Large Smart Samsung TVs in lounge and mazzanine areas.
    Ready to relax, with great local amenties 2 minutes walk away, we’ve got everything a rejuvenating holiday requires.

    The Space:
    Located in a quiet mixed use residential area this apartment is just a short walk from great local amenities, and from Queenstown center. It’s far away enough away from the hustle and bustle of our busy tourist town. Great for that special holiday, family/friends wedding, personal downtime, or for planning that next big business project. This special space is ideal for families, friends, & work colleagues.

    We’ve ensured our home layout and furniture are perfect to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.

    BEDROOMS:
    The ground floor is where you’ll find the 2 bedrooms opposite one another. One bedroom is spacious and furnished with Superking bed that can be spilt into two king singles on prior request ($50 charge) and having its own private balcony, fridge and microwave and private bathroom. The second bedroom on the ground floor also has its own private bathroom and is smaller. It has a WC room which is seperate to the bedroom and bathroom and also usable by the whole property, if so desired. Both bedrooms have ample storage space for all your belongings, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

    The third bedroom is located up a standard set of stairs from the lounge area, It is accessed via its own mezzanine area. The mezzanie area has its own lounge sofa and large screen smart Samsung TV, so there is a somewhat private area to relax away from the lounge. This bedroom utilisies one of the downstairs bedroom bathrooms, and or, the downstairs seperate WC closset room.

    All Bedrooms are well-lit and fully heated. To ensure you get hours of uninterrupted sleep, the beds are fitted with luxury bed linen.

    Baby Items:
    We do not store any items at the apartment as wish to maintain them in good condition, as such, please note they cannot be requested last minute and must be requested in advance of stay.
    If you would like baby items i.e. portable baby cot, high chair, bath etc these are available and complimentary. They must be requested minimum one week prior to arrival, or preferably at time of booking to ensure availability.

    BATHROOMS:
    Both Bathrooms have showers over bath as shown within listing images. Both are located off each downstairs bedroom. Complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. There are power outlets available for shaving and for a hairdryer (provided). Luxury towels are available for your use and the separate “water closet” (WC/toilet) ensures that there is enough room available for every guest.

    LOUNGE:
    You’ll find the lounge and kitchen areas on the ground floor. The spacious lounge is open, has a high vaulted ceiling with large window ensures plenty of light enters the space and provides great views of the Remarkable mountains and partial lake view from the second bedroom balcony area.

    Both mezzanie and main lounge areas have a large UHDMI SMART Samsung TV which is connected to the wifi. If you download the Samsung smart TV app you will be able to cast from your mobile device directly onto the TV. Perfect for sharing your photos or video from your days activites or adventures! Alterntively, if you have a Netflix account or similar, you can log in directly into the TV.

    KITCHEN:
    We love everything about food and preparing it. Our kitchen is new, clean, functional, and fully equipped with everything you’ll likely need to produce a great meal. The breakfast bar or balcony areas provide great spaces for the perfect social experience. All are a great space to share food and make memories with family and friends.

    Our kitchen includes a Nesspresso machine, microwave, electric oven, stove, full size fridge with freezer, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and all crockery, cutlery, and utensils you would need. We do not provide food. We provide basic spices, as well as complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. A small grocery and basic liquor store, are just a 2-minute walk away too.

    OUTSIDE SPACE:
    You can relax and enjoy views from either of the ground-floor private balcony areas adjoining lounge and off the larger bedroom. Enjoy a sunrise cup of tea or a sunset glass of wine, this great space is the perfect spot to take in the fresh air, or for relaxing with a book. These areas are fabulous spaces, please note outside areas are strictly limited to Queenstown quite time rules being 10.00 PM until 7.00 AM. Both have covered deck areas to keep you dry on those occasional rainy days, The balcony located off the lounge area also has a good sized gas barbequee.

    The complex overlooks lovely gardens, which are immaculate and well maintained. A small children's park is available 3 minutes walk down the main road for the little ones to expend their excess energy. This area also has a large plublic barbecue facility.

    Guest Access:
    You have sole use of the entire property. The apartment has its own private entrance and there is private covered parking within the complex for one vehicle. There is also the benefit of free shared on road parking directly adjacent to complex if required.

    The Neighborhood:
    The apartment is located within a complex which is mixed use beingadjacent to Kamana Lake View hotel with amazing wide views overlooking toward the Remarkable mountains and lake. It is elevated from lake level, offering incredible views and an amazing scenic experience, if you walk into town. (Great photo opportunities).
    A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian/NZ restaurant and bar, amazing fish & chip shop are all within 2 minutes walk.
    A children's outdoor playground 3 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!

    Getting Around:
    2 minutes walk from the apartment is a bus stop. It is a 5-minute ride into central Queenstown.
    Alternatively, a taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. Uber is also available in Queenstown. Our own experience of both is very positive!

    Other Things to Note:
    In the event the apartment requires additional non standard cleaning due to inappropriate use. Additional cleaning services will be passed onto the guest.

    Interaction with Guests:
    After your booking has been confirmed, we will message you with full details of our check-in procedure.

    We can arrange to greet you on arrival to make sure you have everything you need, to give you details on how things work in the house and offer some friendly tips and ideas for your holiday. If helpful, we can arrange a meeting after check-in to answer any additional questions about the property or the surrounding area, but that is at your discretion. We fully understand that some travelers want to socialize with their hosts and ask for advice, while others wish to switch off and settle in.
