"Suited our needs. Slept 12 people comfortably. Private pool and trampoline not pictured. The house feels lived in which felt a little weird but not a deal breaker. Wasnt the cleanest but the cleaning fee isnt horrible. For someone more picky this may not be the place for u for us it was fine, it justbfelt like they had kids. Not much close by, a few small restaurants and a dollar general. If your from NY dont even try the pizza place close by in Vermont. The reviews are good but if you are used...

"The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood - a horse farm is located right across the street - and was easy to find using our Waze app. The house is a fast 15 minutes from some really great restaurants! "Incredible stay!! The house is absolutely perfect for a weekend in town. A few of us traveled from different areas and spent the Belmont Weekend at this beautiful home. Jon was extremely communicative and very helpful with every aspect. Highly recommend this rental to adults for a nice wknd in town or even families with smaller children. "Spectacular stay, super easy and flexible all from booking to check out. Host was helpful and very kind. Property was gorgeous, very comfortable, updated, luxurious and spacious, and very well stocked - real quality items (such as wine glasses) and useful items in the pantry, as opposed to the usual cheap stuff bought just for many rental properties. Community was great with excellent amenities and right on the water - beautiful setting. Thank you!"

"perfect location and size for our group of five adults. We couldn't get into the house with the access code from the owner but she came to the house within a reasonable time to fix the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, despite being close to the interstate. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to try the hot tub."
