"This property is such a lovely stat. Right in downtown Mesa but not loud or super busy. Easily within walking distance of restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and confortable. I will definitely stay here again if im in the area."

"We would not want to stay here again. The place is unfortunately dirty, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the shower feels like a garden hose shower. The owner needs to change all the mattresses and clean the bed areas… I would not recommend anyone to stay here other than the fact that it is cheaper than most places. "
