Location is 10/10 however the apartment itself we’d rate 6/10. It was clean and management was responsive to our questions, but the unit is old with uneven floors, doors that stick, a gloomy atmosphere, and worn out furniture. The one bed had a cheap, thin old mattress with a literal foam mattress overtop and a sheet (not a fitted sheet). The pillows were flat and hard and smelled musty, just like the rest of the unit. Bedtime was not comfortable. The living room also didn’t have enough seating space and the tv is super old with terrible sound. For the price we paid for two nights, would rather stay at a hotel further down the street to be in a place that feels more fresh and less depressing.
