The Space:

New for June 2025!

We recently added a hanging relaxation net—a unique space perfect for relaxing, reading, or simply floating in comfort. It can accommodate up to 4 adults. Please note that this is not a trampoline, but rather a true relaxation area, enjoyed by both children and adults alike. One of the bedrooms even offers direct access to this hammock for a guaranteed “wow” factor!



The Condo

Comfortable, spacious, and bathed in natural light, our condo has been furnished with care and love. It features three bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the hammock. You’ll also find convenient storage space for your sports equipment (bikes, skis, etc.), perfect for an active getaway!



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire property, and at the entrance you’ll find the key to the storage area for bikes, etc. A swimming pool is available for your use during the summer.

Convenient and accessible, you have a reserved parking space in front of the condo, as well as additional visitor parking spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Located 30 minutes from Quebec City, Mont-Sainte-Anne boasts one of the most beautiful ski areas in Eastern North America and the largest cross-country ski center in Canada. It offers trails for skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels, both day and night.



Getting Around:

You'll need a car to get to Mont-Sainte-Anne; there's a parking space in front of the condo, and visitor parking is available at the end of the lot.



Other Things to Note:

Take a dip in the pool (in the summer)

Enjoy nearby activities: ice skating, dog sledding, snowshoeing, downhill skiing or snowboarding, telemark skiing, and even snow biking (fat biking)!
