Built over three floors, it features eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a solarium, a large living room with a fireplace, a stone dining room that can host up to 40 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. Catering services, wedding décor, audiovisual equipment, and a projector are also available to support your events.

In some cases, a $1000 security deposit and an additional contract may be required if the primary guest making the reservation is under 35 years old.
