Great stay at this location. Easy to access. Conveniently located four (uphill) blocks away from convention centre. Clean with all needed amenities.

Conveniently located in an amazing area, safe and quiet, walking distance to many restaurants / bars, cafes and popular tourist sites. Condo was as described, clean and no issues.

Mattress were not comfortable and bed in living room was not comfortable either Internet was also not stable Rest properly was clean and right at old Quebec City no need to take car to roam around

Christian was our welcoming manager and he was awesome: very helpful when we had questions and a small issue with the water heater alarm. I am very picky and the sheets were not to my standards of cleanliness upon arrival, but I took care of that with the convenient in unit laundry. The location was so convenient for our explorations of Bonhomme (Winter Carnival) and an easy walk to Rue Saint Jean (3 minutes uphill a bit) and its restaurants, groceries and SAQ. Suggested improvements: One of the floor lamps was broken when we arrived, so the light was not optimal. We also wish there was more light in the bedroom (just one tiny desk lamp). Lots of storage space and a big walk in closet was nice. Quiet was appreciated since we faced an inner courtyard and not the busy street. Overall, good stay.

We stayed for three nights, and while the location was excellent, our overall experience was disappointing.The positives first: the location is fantastic for exploring Old Quebec, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. There is also parking available in the building, although the pricing is comparable to other nearby garages rather than being a special perk.Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by several significant issues. When we arrived, we were informed that we would need to remove our car from the garage from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. the following day due to garage maintenance. While I understand this was outside the host's control, it was still an inconvenience.The much bigger issue was that the building had no water from approximately 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. one day of our stay. We couldn't shower, flush toilets, wash our hands properly, or use the condo as intended for nearly an entire waking day.The initial compensation offered was only 50, which did not come close to reflecting the impact on our vacation. After numerous messages, and several exchanges that felt unnecessarily rude, we eventually received a one-night refund, but only after pushing the issue. I also discovered that I wasn't actually communicating with the property owner, but with a booking agency! Most of this was not the host’s fault, but I am reviewing my experience with this rental. Would be great without this Issue!

Close and Convenient

Great location literally on the doorstep of Old Quebec. Easy walk directly into Old Quebec with tons of restaurants, shopping, art galleries and more. We found traffic to be easy to navigate if you have to drive anywhere.The parkade is not for the faint of heart with tight corners and small parking spaces, and we were 6 floors down. That said, there were few cars in the building which made things easier.Front door staff were generally wonderful though the initial check-in was challenging. Our room had no WIFI and no TV connection and we eventually found that the Bell router/cable box was missing. Took about a day to get WIFI and no response when we sent messages to the owners about fixing the TV issue or supplying an HDMI cable - so we bought our own to watch a few movies in the evenings.Generally a very good experience with a few minor issues that detracted from the stay.
